In collaboration with the Friends of Metung and East Gippsland Shire Council the Metung Nungurner Community Group is pleased to announce the funding of a project to reduce the use of plastic bags in our community.

In the coming months keep an eye out for the dolphin logo appearing on reusable carry bags and promotional signage.

You can help Metung return to a plastic bag free village wherever possible. Let’s do our bit to protect our environment – say NO to plastic bags.
