After the mismanagement of the sewerage pipeline installation through middle gully and the subsequent admission of fault by Council Officers and promises of remediation TBLC has proposed a minimum remediation plan for Shire acceptance.

EDIT: After an onsite meeting between Shire Officers Chris Waites and Geoff Newton and TBLC the Officers have agreed to ensure that the contractor McInnes undertakes the works to the standard asked for in the TBLC remediation plan.
