During lockdown many of us are entertained by our feathered friends.

We imagine the magpie is asking the echidna “what’s for breakfast?”

Black-faced Cuckoo-shrike (Coracina novaehollandiae) sampling the olives. Found in almost any woodland habitat except rainforest. Their diet consists of invertebrates, some fruit and seeds. Both parents construct the nest and care for young.
