The Micro Bat survey by Wildlife Unlimited was held on a warm and still night this week. Harp nets were used in two locations along the Wallaby Creek Walking Track. An Anabat recorder was installed along Bunya Rd. Recordings distinguish between insect noise and specific bat echolocation patterns.

It was a long night but well worth it.
